Thursday, October 20, 2022 - A bit condensed and chewy compared with other burgundy wines. The aroma did not stand out and the taste was more on the heavy side. This wine is very different from Jayer's Echezeaux, which is complex and elegant. I guess the ways to make these two wines are definitely quite different.
