Wednesday, March 8, 2017 - Lucien Le Moine Tasting with Mounir Saouma (Chevalier Fine Wines - Chicago IL): Tasting, brief note. Open 2 hours before tasting. Floral with lots of enticing spice and bright red fruit aromas. Palate starts very firm and less fun vs palate, but some air allows it to transform into a weightless/ charming wine with moderate weight, long finish. Cellar at least a few more years.
