Thursday, July 8, 2021 - Very tight to begin with, and possessing the most rigid mineral spine. With air it unfurled, showing notes of honeysuckle, pure white peach, aniseed and fresh lemon. It had so much chalky dry extract and was built like a red wine. Length was superb.
