Friday, January 23, 2015 - The Prüm Dinner (Chicago, IL): #13-06, 8% abv. I think this was the first wine of the evening where the famous Prüm sulphur reared its head, and only lightly at that. This was a particularly honeyed bottle of riesling, with a lot of floral tones. The palate was very sweet, but this bottling was much racier than the Goldkapsul that we had alongside.
