Saturday, April 18, 2009 - Golden Amber colour, raisins, orange candied peel and honey on the nose, Christmas cake! There's no getting away from it pear drops, apricots, honey/ Light of foot with good intensity and concentration. Just holding together no acidity apparent, but there is something just holding it all together.
