Friday, December 13, 2019 - Decanted at 4:30 the rebottle at 6:00 in route to dinner. Slightly skunk odor initially that eventually blew off. Poured back into a decanter at the restaurant and by 8:30 to 9:00 was very nice. Tar, earth, leather and rose petals. Never was completely balanced but enjoyable. Probably should have decanted earlier.
