Sunday, October 17, 2021 - Very pale salmon core. Shy but lovely nose of fresh mint and citrus. Dry, light-bodied, with balanced acidity. This is a subtle wine, but the overall balance between the residual sugar and acidity is superb, and the freshness and elegance of the flavors (fresh grape, mint, citrus) are outstanding.
