Sunday, April 23, 2017 - Med+ acidity. Med- powdery tannin. Med body. Med- finish.

13% abv. Medium ruby red, purplish hues. Fast tears. Medium intensity aromas of blueberry, black cherry, vanilla, smoke and a hint of watermelon. Palate is medium bodied with powdery tannins and flavours of dried fruit/raisin, black cherry and smoke/spice on the medium finish. Acidity is just a tad out of balance.

Appassimento style Bordeaux blend. Did not have an aerator on hand when trying this. Will try again in 24 hours.
