Thursday, August 17, 2023 - Wonderful stuff. Sweet for sure, but not an insane amount of residual sugar, and a huge amount of fresh and lively acidity. Really luscious and attractive. In spite of many other tasting notes attesting to how long this wine will keep after being opened, the contents of this bottle were drained quickly by an enthusiastic crowd.
