Tuesday, March 23, 2021 - The best of the bottles I have opened. Creamy and rich in the mid-palate with lush white fruit of apples and pears with a mineral back-bone in the finish. Just lip-smacking good with fish to creamy sauces. This might seem expensive for Macon, but to me it is worth it for the body in the mid-palate that most of Macon's are missing.
