Tuesday, October 26, 2021 - Popped and poured. This is drinking very well right now. Bright medium yellow. Just a lovely stony, lemony, citrusy nose with a nice creamy component and hints of smoke and gunflint. Excellent presence in the mouth, with rich, ripe but restrained mineral-laden fruit. Long, pleasant finish. This developed very nicely since purchase. Probably at peak, but no signs of imminent decline, as it remains lively and crisp. 5-12-16-8: 91/100.
