Some of the best expression of sour, earthy, savory, carbonic Cabernet franc, with slight effervescence. Very little sweet fruit. Some palate cleansing bitterness in the finish. If you're expecting a lot of bubbles you will be disappointed. Doesn't bother me . Hugely interesting wine. Get more in the high 20s from garagiste
