Sunday, November 4, 2018 - Lasted surprisingly well. Still almost black, dull red rim, well settled sediment. Quite light and thinning on the finish, but good leather and tobacco flavours in the middle. Improved over four hours and showed at its best with hard cheese. Leaves a warm glow and pleasantly spicy aftertaste. For me, at its best in the 10 -15 year band.
