Sunday, December 31, 2017 - Decanted for one hour. A brooding blend composed of 59% Cabernet and 41% Malbec. Rich garnet in color, this wine is bold, rich and inviting. Fruit and oak nicely in balance with a lingering finish of spice/cedar notes. Pairs nicely with hearty stews, steak and lamb dishes. Recommended.
