Saturday, September 12, 2020 - Big & beautiful Merlot. Poured two glasses through an airator and drank over 3 hours. Smooth, dense, ready to drink (or hold a bit longer). Second half of bottle the next night after being stored in a regular refrigerator was almost just as good. Delicious.
