Monday, September 26, 2016 - With similar wine making to the Stevens Rd, I was surprised to find such a huge contrast in the finished product

Peach and grapefruit aromatics

Huge acidity, white nectarine, pear turning to grapefruit. Mineral is a counterpoint rather than a major feature in the bracing racy, but no way austere, texture

A lovely example of letting the fruit speak for itself
