Tuesday, November 13, 2018 - Purchased/consumed at the Domaine’s tasting room. Popped and poured. Light gold in color. Consumed over two hours. Gorgeous nose. Medium body. Flavors of honey, wax, and butterscotch. Absolutely gorgeous wine that opened up with air and revealed quite a bit of acidity. Still youthful. No premox, which I experienced in the 1998.
