Friday, September 28, 2018 - If tasting blind, I would have guessed Coombsville Cab. Dark as night in the glass. Hard to analyze at pop and pour. Got very perfumed with time to show a lot of red and black fruit (similar to the sweet, crunchy fruit I get with Coombsville)...gained some heft to show licorice and lavender. Not meaty or extracted. A tad peppery on the palate with fresh squeezed blackberries, raspberries, cherry cordial. Probably 2-3yrs until peak.
