Thursday, October 26, 2017 - Plum Market Luxury Fall Tasting (Chicago, IL): More juice than wine, this has no discernible acidity. There's a hope that by throwing a ton of extraction here that this will have something to age on, but it's more likely that this will just fall apart into a decaying mess.
