Saturday, April 27, 2024 - Open for about 6 hours but never decanted - but should have been, as the later glasses unclenched and showed the wine's true character. You can think of this wine as a medium between everything with its balanced and business-casual earth tones, or as kinda mid (for a Rhys). I appreciate having less phenolic density, but at the moment there's a flat (stemmy?) top note. I've had better experiences with Home in the past, and wish I'd sat on this bottle another few years.
