Tuesday, March 23, 2021 - Textbook cool weather Syrah. Slow ox’d in bottle for 2 hrs. Dark fruits, pepper, meat, with floral notes (violets). Should improve over the next 3-5 yrs, and drink well for 7-8 more yrs. Terrific QPR.
