Saturday, August 20, 2022 - Popped and poured. This was aromatically expressive and drinking well from the get go. The stems seem to have integrated vis a vis a bottle nearly two years ago. Medium bodied and well balanced, for my taste, this seems to have entered a window of drink-ability and should remain so for some years.
