Thursday, June 3, 2021 - Another #margaretriver #legend Nose had that initial whiff of lanolin, mixed with citrus, peach, herby grass. Palate had more citrus, a slight oily texture, a little nuttiness and some acidity to hold it all together. Quite high alcohol at 14.5 but it is so well balanced you don't notice it. Showing so well now and the finish as a tingle on the finish. A great effort. Sadly my last bottle from this case from @berrybrosrudd a bargain at less than £20 from such a fantastic estate and you should be seeking out to try and #giveanewwineago all their wines 89 points
