Sunday, January 29, 2012 - Superb wine. Popped and pured -- and it just grew and grew as it was exposed to the air. First tasted this wine with Christine Saahs, and she insists that it is best if this wine is opened days or even weeks before it is to be served. Hard to believe, but the sommelier in charge at Spring wine bar in Paris insists the same.
