Saturday, May 30, 2015 - White Burgundy (@Private location): Glass: Riedel Vinum Syrah
Double decanted
Clear, medium lemon golden color. Clean, fully developed medium- intense nose with some limestone, citrus fruits, hints of oak and butter.
Dry, medium acidity, full bodied, medium intense flavors with lots of salt, limestone and hints of oak in the long finish.
Beautiful Burgundy at its peak where it will stay for the next 5+ years.
