Sunday, December 9, 2018 - Opened to breathe and enjoyed over 2h. This was a mature and not overly fruity shiraz, some oak, faint tannins, and alcohol notes. I really appreciated that it was not a fruit bomb, the restraint here is nice. Great on burger night!
