Saturday, June 22, 2019 - Good bottle, my other bottle suffered from premox so was a little apprehensive. On open could immediately taste the minerality and a touch of acidity to hold this beautiful effort together. With some time to open up slight butter & cream, but definitely a mineral driven effort.
