Saturday, August 31, 2019 - Deep golden color, discreet nose, flowery, honeysuckle, vanilla, baked apples.
It’s buttery, medium body, well balanced acidity, spicy, vanilla, baked apples, pears, honey with Some minerality and earthiness.
Nice long spicy finish.
Nice aged PM, lacking a little bit of complexity.
