Thursday, December 31, 2020 - Found this stray bottle tucked away in cellar. Wasn't sure what to expect from a 15 year old white Burgundy. What a great find! immediately upon opening it provided a perfectly tuned blend of honey and butter that lasted long on the palate. Possibly the most perfect expression of the Chardonnay grape I've ever experienced. Wish I had few more bottles!
