Tuesday, August 30, 2016 - This was really fantastic and just about everything you'd want from aged Oregon Pinot. Once the initial aromas blew off we saw dried savory herbs on a very expressive nose. The fruit was pure and clean reminding me of Beaune. Just a hint of acid and bitterness that kept us coming back for more. 13% but tasted even a touch lighter than that.
