Saturday, March 18, 2017 - Very expressive, classic Barossa nose - sweet, slightly medicinal fruit. Big, plush, velvety mouthfeel. Not over the top, however - nicely balanced and relatively reserved for a Barossa cab. Still a bit of grip on the finish and little overt development - feels like it still has years left in it.
