Saturday, September 18, 2021 - 3/6. 2-hour decant ahead of drinking with fish n’chips. No signs of age, powerful aromas of oak, smoke and dark fruits. Lovely concentration of dark fruits on the palate, lots of tannic structure, high acidity. A well balanced wine of excellent quality with a long life ahead of it.
