Saturday, July 17, 2021 - Family trip to Jackson Hole.

Still very young in a 1.5L. Pulled this specific bottle for friends we visited the winery with a decade ago. Dark Garnet in color. Tobacco, liquorish and some dark cherries on the palate. Not a whole lot of depth and complexity but a great bottle to kick off the trip with friends. Little heat upon opening but blew off towards the end.
