Sunday, October 10, 2021 - Wonderful almost aromatic bouquet w. blackcurrant, peppermints and eucalyptus. Dry, med acidity and rounded tannins, good structure, quite elegant, smooth mouthfeel. Savoury black fruits, autumn leaves, eucaluptus/camphor.
Long finish.
At the top now so drink!
