Monday, March 11, 2019 - Drinking this immediately after a rather harsh Cotes du Rhone, we felt this Cab was light bodied and smooth. However, once we adjusted our palates during our dinner of roasted sausage, peppers, and onions, we were able to appreciate this wines good qualities. This is a solid cabernet that nicely distributes its pepperiness over the palate. I was sorely tempted to break my rule and have a second glass, but I refrained.
