Saturday, October 21, 2023 - A touch curious as it started quite light and delicate. Lacking some classic southern Rhône stuffing. Perhaps a bit too cool from the cellar. As evening progressed it fleshed out gaining complexity and flavor. In all, quite nice yet uncharacteristic.
