Saturday, December 3, 2022 - Good call on the aging, these four years have been kind. Medium gold with watery rim. Nose is now stone fruit, pears mostly, some peach. Quite round. Palate has also rounded out. There is still a lot of acidity, but it has rounded. Unripe peach at first, then goes into roasted lemon and minerals on the long finish. Interesting, distinctive. Nice wine.
