Friday, October 30, 2015 - Definitely needs to breath before consumption. I enjoyed this wine more the second day, when it had a much smoother finish. Tannin is a bit strong, but not over powering. Nose has an appetizing earthiness This wine will probably be better with a bit more time in the bottle.
