Saturday, September 21, 2019 - My first from this case. 2hr decant (heavy sediment).
A fully mature wine of elegance. Gently cooked damson and juicy black cherry, some desert spice and smooth integrated tannins and lightly toasted oak. Concentrated albeit in a medium bodied framework. Excellent.
Will be transferring to my everyday section for drinking over the next year or two.
