Friday, November 17, 2023 - Second bottle down and developing very nicely. Drank over two nights with a day in between. Quite full-bodied but by no means over powering., Has a lovely smooth velvety texture with great savoury fruit profile. The spice and pepper notes are there but really well integrated and not overpowering. Lovely wine with its best years ahead.
