Tuesday, October 17, 2023 - Mega intense. All of the spectrum of tropical fruits. Perfect match with Chong Qing/Mala Chicken - wish I had a better note, but t was awesome from memory. Also big improvement with air. Wine was a little turbid, but that didn't take away from the flavor. Added to the texture. Lovely wine.
