Monday, July 27, 2020 - Light to medium purple. Lifted nose of quinine/wormwood, sandalwood and dark cherry. Medium plus bodied, Italianate grip on the midpalate, good acid spine running throughout, Dolcetto-like flavours, tightly formed and savoury. Good length. A very flexible food wine.
