Saturday, May 26, 2018 - Willamette Valley Weekend Visit; 5/26/2018-5/27/2018: Tasting at the winery. Fleshy apple and pear with ginger, butter and honeycomb. Surprised to hear this is only 50% composed of wine that finished ML, given its richness. Best to drink young.
