Saturday, April 8, 2023 - Decanted 1+ hour & served in Burgundy glasses. Spectacular cuvee, beautiful & complex nose. Dark forest earth, espresso, mocha, violets, cured meats, mezcal... this gives endlessly. Poised & powerful palate.. dark berries & savory acids. Mid-palate could use another 4-6 years development but there's no doubt where this is going... could easily merit a 98 rating in time.
