Saturday, October 6, 2018 - Popped and poured with steaks. This is an open knit wine with a pretty nose of black fruit and tobacco. The palate is open and fleshy but not overheated with firm but well integrated tannin. This come at you with a melange of crush blackberries, tobacco, roast meats and spice. Not sure this is a long ager so I would drink over the next 8-10 years.
