Monday, December 25, 2023 - Drinking beautifully. Still lots of fruit, dark berries, eucalyptus, rosemary, very nice. Tannins have softened but still very present and grippy without a decant. Chocolatey, sweet Grenache like acidity, Kirsch. Still super fresh, and I could see this easily going another 10 years. Too bad it's my last bottle.
