The wine is deep ruby

Nose
The wine exhibits pronounced intensity with aromas of blackberry, black cherry, black plum, cassis, green pepper, faint rubber, vanilla, cedar and tobacco.

Palate
The wine is dry with pronounced intensity, full body, high acid, medium tannins, high alcohol with flavors of black plum, blackberry, black cherry, currant, vanilla, and cacao with a medium (+) finish.

Conclusion
The quality of this wine is very good. It is lovely now but has the acidic and tannic structure to continue developing nicely in the bottle for years to come. Love Sattui. Great producer, great people. Life and wine are good!
