Saturday, January 28, 2017 - Full body, deep purple red color. Intense black fruits, smoked wood and spicy aroma. Dewberry and ripe plum palate, medium long finish. Powerful and hot but juicy, bold texture, complex but dis-balanced and alcoholic, gentle tannins, good acidity. Food friendly, best match is stewed veal ribs and vegetables. Serve 18º - 22º. Open at least one hour in advance. Drink now and next six years.
