What with so much Asian-inspired cuisine flying out the kitchen these days, it seemed only appropriate. Dulcie proclaimed it "excellent" and she has been notably hard to please of late. I do not disagree as my earlier TNs should attest to. This can certainly handle a few more years and really didn't show any sign of age.
