Thursday, July 30, 2020 - Almost a year since I last had this wine, aging gracefully and still quite lovely with lamb and roasted summer vegetables in a cherry tomato sauce. A descendent of last year's fly was about, close to grape season and they are starting to show up. This wine shined with the tomatoes and the basil from my garden, then it really excelled with the lamb. One bottle left but I doubt I will left it go to 2024, too good now.
